We ship Australia-wide and internationally through Australia Post.
Pricing is calculated at checkout. If you qualify for free shipping, you can upgrade to express at a reduced price.
Processing Times
Our accessories are made and ready to send from the release date. We’ll pack and post your order within 3 business days. For details on shipping times to your location, visit the Australia Post website.
Tracking Details
When your order has been posted, you should receive tracking updates and your tracking ID via the email address associated with your order. If you haven’t received any emails, feel free to email hello@kailiepeters.com and we can send through your tracking ID.
Refunds / Exchanges
Refunds will not be accepted on change or mind or if you have broken your earrings. Earrings can be replaced at the retail cost. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your order or have received an item with a fault, please email hello@kailiepeters.com with an image of the earrings, your name and order number.
